My name is Angel Dominique. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Education in 2000 and have proudly been teaching at Northeast Elementary since 2001. I was fortunate to take time away from the classroom from 2006–2008 to be a stay-at-home mom, and again from 2016–2017 to pursue my graduate degree in Library Media Education, which I completed in December 2017.

I am a proud mother of two wonderful children—a 26-year-old son and a 20-year-old daughter—and in 2022, our family was blessed with a wonderful daughter-in-law. My husband and I have been married for 33 years. We are both originally from Louisiana (Geaux Saints!), but we truly love calling Clarksville home.

My philosophy of education is simple: all children can learn. I am committed to doing everything in my power to support student success by fostering a lifelong love of reading through literature.
