Pre-enrollment encouraged for 2020-2021

Yesterday evening, all kindergarten through 9th-grade students who are new to CMCSS for the 2020-21 school year whose parents/guardians had already pre-enrolled on enroll.cmcss.net were automatically moved into CMCSS’ student information system (PowerSchool). CMCSS Traditional Model Safety and Health Overview

In the traditional model, students are physically present in their zoned schools. While the traditional model will provide some normalcy during the pandemic, there will be several district-wide and school-specific precautions and modifications in place to mitigate, not eliminate, risk of COVID-19.

District Offices Reopening

July 6 through July 31, Central Services Gracey will be open to the public by appointment only Tuesday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Enrollment Center at Greenwood will be open to the public by appointment only Tuesday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Corona Virus Update in CMCSS

Over the past few weeks, a Communicable Disease Team (CDT) comprised of leaders from CMCSS and the Montgomery County Health Department have been meeting regularly to review the latest guidance from the CDC, monitor the health and attendance of CMCSS students and employees, and make recommendations to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and other communicable diseases.

NEES awarded Top 5 Reward Schools Senator Bill Powers presented Dr. Lyle with a certificate and congratulations for achieving Top 5 Reward School. This is the 3rd year in a row for NEES. Great work Eagles!
